Firstly, thanks for taking the time to read through the site. It’s very new, (unlike me) so please bear with us while we update and build it to get it looking tip top!
I have spent years working with award winning optometrist practices, working from the ground up through most areas of the day to day running of the business, and have a serious passion for this industry! Weird you may think, but honestly I love what I do and have done over the past 20 years.. and long may it continue!
My enthusiasm for ‘all that is eyes’ has created a drive to help make these independents grow, to be the best they can be, winning awards, and also making them more profitable!
So where to begin? This is where it gets tricky for most. Most of these delightful, friendly practices are run and owned by the lead optometrist. Which is great! what a delight for the patients to be seen by the owner and who’s name is on the door! However, these decision makers are often far too busy to think about new systems, marketing, let alone implementing them.. its time consuming and rightly so not a priority when you have full clinics for the week ahead. Which is where I’d like to help.
